Mind & Body Programs
Reducing the stress of dealing with cancer is one of the most important things you can do to improve the quality of your life. Weekly meditation classes and our Mindfulness Meditation series help you learn to quiet anxiety and regain a sense of balance and control. Additional programs include a weekly knitting group and periodic workshops on guided imagery for stress reduction.
Our mind body programs help you support and strengthen your immune system by dealing more effectively with stress and helping your body recover from the effects of cancer and its treatment.

Gentle Movement Classes
Tai Chi Chih, Yoga, Chi Kung and Pilates programs are offered weekly to help restore flexibility after surgery, gently rebuild muscle strength and endurance after treatment and reduce stress levels. Other exercise modalities are introduced in periodic workshops.
